The both settlements are situated in the village of Rogachevo, which is 2 km away from the beach of seaside resort Albena, 3 km away from the village of Kranevo, 26 km from Varna and the Varna airport, 7 km form sea side resort Golden Sands and the city of Balchik.
The new extraordinary gains of the area are new golf course and a small airport, both in a process of building. There are a reserve Balta and a game resort Baltovska gora only 200 m from the settlements.
