Wonderful resort located in Biala, Bulgaria. Biala is situated between Varna region and Burgas region. Obzor is the nearest town, only five km. away. Varna and Burgas are the biggest cities on the coast of Black sea. The town of Biala is really unique and some areas of the town are memorable with their own specific architectural style and cultural traditions. One of the best examples is the Greek area, which was founded in 1920. The history of Biala dates as far back as the fourth century B.C. The name of the town in that time was Aspross. For the first time the town appears in the official registers in 1731, by the name Ak Dere. The beach in Biala is one of the cleanest beaches on the coast of Black sea. Near to the town is “White River”, this is one of the best natural areas on the Black sea coast. There is an ethnographic park and the beauty spot”The White Rocks” . One of the biggest preserves in Bulgaria,” Iracly “is only twenty km. away from Biala. The complex “Sirena” is located near to the beach of Biala. It has two sections and the apartments are distributed in them (Section A and Section B). There will be underground parking lot and swimming pool for adults and kids. All of the apartments are with terracotta and laminated wooden floors, equipped bathrooms (toilette, sink and accessories), and PVC joinery with double glazed windows. Section A is situated on the north-west part of the property. It consists of ground floor, three storey building, indoor stairs, and elevator. The apartments come in two types: one bedroom apartment and two bedroom apartments. Besides the bedrooms, the apartments have corridor, bathroom with toilette, dining room with kitchenette and terrace. The two bedroom apartments are provided with second bathroom. Section B consists of three storey building, with no ground floor. There are mostly one bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments are located on the south-east part of the property and have second bathroom with toilette. For your convenience there is an elevator. The apartments on the first floor have their own gardens. There is 24/7 security on every entrance and access to the resort is permitted only for owners and their guests.
